Discription: TWO vacant positions for Florists or Floral Designers are available for two candidates from Sri Lanka. Residence and work VISA from issuing country (Qatar) is granted.
Salary and Benefits:
1. Net Salary : QR 1,000.00 (Approx. USD 275.00)
2. Salary Review : Every year subject to performance and revenue.
3. Sales Bonuses : A marginal percentage on monthly record sales.
4. Annual Incentives : A marginal percentage on annual net profit.
5. Accommodation : Standard furnished accommodation is provided.
6. Meals : Excluded. 7. Transportation : Provided, company vehicle.
8. Leave Entitlement : One month paid with return ticket every two years.
9. Medical : Government charges apply.
10. Working Days : 6 Days per week
11. Working Hours : 9 Hours per day
12. Overtime : 25% hourly basic salary for off normal working hours.
50% hourly basic salary for off normal working days.
Main Requirements
1. Sex: Male 2. Age: 30 to 40 years
3. Profession/Occupation: Florist and/or Floral Designer
4. Professional Experience:
- Good knowledge in different types of flowers, pot plants and foliage
- Good experience in retail flower shop business
- 5 years and above in the profession above
5. Skills:- Fresh cut flowers care
- Flower arrangement and/or design (bouquet, baskets, etc.)
- Good knowledge in gifts arrangements, accessories and wrapping
- Good knowledge in chocolates arrangements- Salesman skills
6. Languages: Fluent written and spoken English
7. Health: Passing all necessary medical examinations
8. Education: Diploma or higher (Optional) 9. Driving License: Licensed driver
